Memories… at the 53rd Fair One Filmfare Awards -

"The Big Question doing the rounds is: Why didn't any member of the Bachchan family attend the 53rd Fair One Filmfare Awards? While we heard some lah-di-dahs whisper, 'It's because Shah Rukh is hosting the event, and you know how rude he was to them last time, nah?' others attributed the absence to them not having bagged too many nominations. Bah!

The real reason, however, is that the First Family of Bollywood is in mourning. Amitabh's mother Teji Bachchan passed away a couple of months ago, and the Bachchans aren't celebrating. Now that's a 'fair one', ok!"
